The helmet was printed in two chunks - the faceplate and the rear of the head. I covered the entire helmet in Bondo.
I then painted it silver, followed by applying liquid latex for masking out future damage, and then finally airbrushed the main part “antique green” mixed with weathering paints. The black sections are a matte rubberized spray to add to the ruggedized look.
The visor plastic was dyed orange in Rit Dye and airbrushed with a one-way, transparent chrome paint.
